Submit your information and the car information as well as photos using the form below.
Corvettes in as close to original condition as possible will be preferred for display in the Heritage Collection.
There is no cost to apply for the Heritage Collection; however, a $20 donation will be requested if your corvette is selected for the collection.
Starting early in August, we will begin notifying those who have been selected.
